Fun, fragrant, juicy.
Made in the charmat method (like Prosecco) this new release bubbly from Summerland’s @Okanagancrushpad was comes from 35-year-old Pinot Blanc grapes grown in a vineyard in Okanagan Falls. Its peachy pink hue is compliments of a with a touch of Syrah. Expect a a fruit basket of aromas—pears, apples, tangerine and pink grapefruit rounded out with a bouquet of spring flowers. Dry and fizzy it has classic fruity Pinot Blanc characters along with a hint of cherry and some pithy citrus flavours. Good purity here; a pretty, fun and juicy pink.
